Consultations & Familiarisation Visits

To ensure your dog feels comfortable and you’re confident in our services, we offer:

Free consultations to discuss your dog’s specific grooming needs.
Free familiarisation visits to help your dog become accustomed to the salon environment.
Free Advice on grooming schedules and maintenance for your dog’s breed and coat type and we are happy to advise on the correct products and tools for at-home care between grooming sessions.

Full Groom

Our Full Groom service includes:

Bath, brush, and hand drying using professional products and equipment.
Ears cleaned.
Nails trimmed.
Pad hair removed.
Sanitary areas cleaned and trimmed.
Coat clipped/hand-scissored to your preference.

Mini Groom

Ideal for a quick refresh between full grooms, the Mini Groom includes:

Bath, brush, and hand drying.
Ears cleaned.
Nails trimmed.
Pad hair removed.
Eyes, feet, and sanitary areas trimmed.

Bath ‘n’ Brush

This service is perfect for maintaining medium to long-length coats and preventing matting between grooms. It includes:

Bath, brush, and hand drying.
Ears cleaned.
Nails trimmed, if necessary.
Designed as an in-between service to keep your dog’s coat in top condition.

Bath & Deshed

Designed for double-coated and short-haired breeds, our Bath & Deshed service helps reduce shedding and keeps your home cleaner. This service includes:

Bath, brush, and hand drying.
Ears cleaned.
Nails trimmed, if necessary.
De shedding by hand.

Additional Information

Pre-Visit Reminder

Please arrive at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged with us, please ensure your dog arrives with a secure collar and lead and has had the opportunity to relieve themselves beforehand. We aim to return your dog to you within 1-2 hours, depending on the level of work required. During their visit, your dog will have access to our secure garden area for toilet breaks and fresh water throughout their stay. If your dog is not allowed treats, please inform us when dropping them off.

Pricing

Our pricing is based on your dog’s size, breed, coat type, and the level of work required. We are happy to discuss and set a realistic grooming budget tailored to your needs. If your dog’s coat is in poor condition or they are difficult to manage, additional charges may apply. We recommend calling us for a guide price, which can be adjusted based on the specifics of your dog.
